Using the correct charger
It's extremely important to only ever use the USB charging cable we supplied with your troley to charge the handset.
If you have lost your USB charging cable and need a new one then click here to buy a new one: Handset USB Power Cable
If you use any other charger you'll likely blow the charging circuit and the handset will need to come back to us to be repaired, and that won't be covered by your warranty.
Red light never goes green
Either the battery is damaged or the charging circuit has been blown. You can either buy a new battery here or email us at support@stewartgolf.com.
Light stays RED even when the handset is turned off
This is a strong indication that you have used the wrong charger and blown the charging circuit. Email us at support@stewartgolf.com.
Light stays GREEN even when the handset is turned off
A diode inside the handset is faulty. Email us at support@stewartgolf.com.
