As standard (unless otherwise specified), all products are on a 'next-day despatch' basis for orders placed by 12pm, Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 12pm, Monday to Friday, or on the weekend (including bank holidays), then your order will be processed the following working day, for despatch the day after. For example, if you place an order after 12pm on Monday, this will be processed by our sales team on Tuesday, for despatch on Wednesday.
Once an order is despatched, the standard UK delivery arrangements are 1-2 days. However, UK postcodes north of AB20 may be two-day. Our courier is FedEx and their standard delivery days are Monday-Friday only (so the 'next day' to a Friday despatch is Monday). For any orders where 'Economy Delivery' is selected, delivery times may take up to five working days.
You will receive an email and/or a text message from FedEx, our courier partner. With this email/text, you will be provided live tracking information and a 2-hour window during which the delivery will be made.
