If your Q Follow battery app isn’t functioning as expected, please check the following:
- Battery Power – Make sure the battery switch (if your battery has one) is turned on.

Check compatibility: Before downloading, please confirm that your unit is one of the following models: Q Follow, Q Remote, VERTX Remote

App Version – Verify that you have installed the correct SmartPower Battery app and that it’s updated to the latest version.
As part of ongoing product improvements, there are now two types of SmartPower batteries in circulation. Both types work the same way, but each requires a different version of the SmartPower app for proper monitoring. To make sure you download the right one, check the label printed on the top of your battery, then compare it to the examples below.
