Rear Cover on V10 needs replacing

Instructions  

Removal  

1. Remove the Rear Cover Chassis Clips 
2. Securing the bolt head with a spanner, remove the motor screws using a screwdriver 
3. Remove the tie bar 
4. Lift main support away  
5. Remove and disconnect on/off switch 
6. Remove the LED light from the bezel  
7. Remove the left and right ‘ducks’ 
8. Drill out the rivets at the back of the cart  
9. Lift the cover off 

Replacing 

1. Place new cover on chassis  
2. Ensure captive nuts are inside and back when placed on the rear cover 
3. Feed through the LED Light and attach to the bezel 
4. Reattach the on/off switch and secure in place 
5. Place main support on the Rear Chassis 
6. Insert the tie bar through cover and main support 
7. Replace the motor screws, taking note that the split washer is for the top middle mounting  
8. Insert and tighten all fixings on both sides once in place  
9. Reapply the rivets at the back of the rear cover using a rivet gun  
10. Secure the Rear Cover Chassis Clips
