A flashing RED light on the handset can indicate that the battery is low and requires a charge. It is advised that a handset is charged overnight if possible, as the battery can take anywhere from 6-8 hours to fully charge.
If you have done this and still experience a red light, your handset would potentially require a replacement battery which can be found on our website by clicking here.
A solid RED light on the handset can indicate that there is an issue with the internal charging circuit. Again, you can try replacing the handset battery, however to ensure that the issue is rectified accurately we would advise that a handset service is booked.
It is important to note that the handset requires specific output voltages to reduce the risk of damage being caused. We advise that only the charging cable supplied by Stewart Golf is used, along with a USB plug that does not exceed an output voltage of more than 5Volt 1Amp- as anything higher can cause internal damage.
We also advise against using fast chargers as these omit too much power for the handset and can cause internal damage.
