- Unseal the box you have been sent, remove the loose inserts inside (not the fastened-down large polystyrene block), and stand the box on the ground with the direction arrows facing upwards.
- Take the two loose polystyrene blocks and insert each one in the positions shown. The sides will contact the wheel and the chassis and the top against the underside of the motor.
- Remove the front cover and secure the battery in place with the retaining strap, use the two smallest foam blocks on either side of the battery to further secure the battery, and refit the front cover.
- Lift the trolley by holding it underneath the handle and place it into the box with the rear of the trolley sitting on the fastened-down polystyrene block. You will see that the two loose polystyrene blocks fitted previously now contact the bottom of the box.
5. Unfold the handset box, place the handset in it, and refold it.
6. Place the cardboard inserts in each corner as shown and place the handset box in one of the larger two inserts. Seal the box, remove ALL labels from the outside, and let us know.
