If you have a Q/Vertx:
The Serial number is in the format of Q-000000 and can be found if you remove the battery and is printed on the chassis.
Trolleys manufactured since October, the serial number will be at the front of the rear chassis and visible when the trolley is folded.
If you have a X/V10:
The Serial number is in the format of X-000000 and can be found if you remove the front cover and is printed on the chassis next to the ECU.
