Unfortunately, we have experienced intermittent issues with the SmartPower battery app not working in terms of correctly displaying the charge levels of the paired battery.
A potential quick fix may be uninstalling and then reinstall the app as this may reconfigure the connectivity.
If this does not work, please ensure that you are doing the following when trying to use the app:
you are in range of the battery that you are trying to connect to (you will need to hold your smartphone close to the battery); the battery has at least one hour’s charge in order for the app to ‘find’ and pair over Bluetooth as it may not connect with any less charge.
