Instructions
Removal
Ensure the trolley is fully folded and turn the unit upside down.
Remove the rear wheel from the axle.
Remove the six silver T20 Torx screws securing the undertray to the chassis.
Remove the undertray. This will need to be twisted slightly to ease the removal.
Remove the circlip from the side closest to the centre of the trolley.
Slide the axle through the gearbox and bearing until the end of the axle is clear from the gearbox. The key drive may fall out and this needs to be retrieved.
Remove the two black T20 Torx screws securing the bearing mount to the chassis.
Remove the bearing mount complete with the axle.
Refitting
Ensure the axle is clear of the gearbox and loosely locate the bearing housing in the chassis.
Slide the axle into the gearbox ensuring the key drive is in the axle. Without this, the wheel will not rotate when the motor runs.
Fit a new circlip taking care to not overstretch the circlip. Open the circlip just enough to fit onto the axle. Ensure the circlip is fully in the groove.
Secure the bearing mount using the black T20 Torx screws. Do not overtighten as the threads in the chassis may strip.
Ensure all cables are pushed into their guide channels. If not, the cable may be damaged when fitting the undertray.
Refit the undertray taking care not to damage the cables. Ensure it is fully located in all areas before inserting six silver T20 Torx screws.
Tighten the six silver T20 Torx screws taking care not to overtighten.
Refit the rear wheel.
Turn the trolley over.
