Instructions
Removal
- Unscrew and remove the front cover clip
- Unscrew the cable ties that hold the motor cables in place
- Using a 10mm socket, remove the bolts that hold the motor in place, removing the top two first so that you can separate the aerial from the motor/gearbox. (Only applies to Follow Units)
- Gently lift the Motor/Gearbox assembly out of the Chassis. Ensure the Motor Cable is removed from the Chassis at the same time.
- Remove Motor Cap and disconnect the Motor Cable.
Replacing
- Connect Motor Cable to Motor. Note where the positive connects and the cable routing.
- Refit the Cap prior to installing the Motor/Gearbox assembly.
- Ensure the Cable does not pull out of the Motor Grommet.
- Using a 10mm socket, replace the bolts that hold the motor in place, replacing the top two first so that you can fit the aerial to the motor/gearbox.
- Screw back the cable ties that hold the electronic wires in place
- Screw the front cover clips back on
